Reliability
The TEC-4080 Tube Slitter / Opener will run tubular knit material through a "delta wing", slitting one side of the fabric and then re-winding the material onto a single wide roll.
The material can then be slit to required binding width.

- Driven pre-feed roller carries material into the “ delta wing” spreader
- Idler roller overhang guide for flat folded tubular material.
- Turn key adjustable tube guide (variable from 18”-40”)
- Driven push button slitter with .25” blade.
- Pneumatic dual bevel blade sharpener
- Air blast de-curling device.
Easy Operation
- Driven take up rollers (independent adjustment for tension control).
- Engineered to assure simple operation with minimal maintenance requirement.
- The take up rollers and the air blast de-curlers assures very accurate edge-alignment.
- Maximum open width 80 inches.
- Power requirements: 115VAC or 230VAC single phase 50/60 cycle.
